History - How It All Began
Kenneth Brincat, creator of Brincatti® Refillable Bottles, Inc., has been in the celebrity hair care business since 1978. Watching with deep concern the ever growing waste problem and inability to easily transport high-end beauty products while traveling, he spent the last decade developing the newly patented, Brincatti® Refillable Bottles.
